Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

• Accommodation is confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking.

• All bookings are per room, not per bed.

• The full name of every occupant must be provided at the time of booking.

• If booking a Double, the entire bed (both sides) must be booked and paid for.

Cancellations

• More than 28 days’ notice before the first night:
  A refund will be issued, less a 10% cancellation fee.

• Less than 28 days’ notice, and the room can be resold by the Booking Officer:
  A refund will be issued, less a 10% cancellation fee.

• Less than 28 days’ notice, and the room cannot be resold:
  No refund will be provided.

Booking Amendments

• Any changes to booking dates are subject to availability and will incur a 10% amendment fee.

Terms of Stay

By making a booking at Hangman’s Drop Ski Club, Members and Guests agree to:

• Comply with all Club Rules, the Code of Conduct, and relevant health & safety procedures.
