Member bookings are processed first each snow season until 30 April. Public bookings open from 1 May each year. Any booking requests made before 1 May, including via direct links or search engines, will not be accepted or confirmed. We appreciate your understanding while member bookings are finalised and uploaded.
Accommodation is confirmed upon full payment at the time of booking.
All bookings are per room, not per bed.
The full name of every occupant must be provided at the time of booking.
If booking a room with Double Bed only, the entire bed (both sides) must be booked and paid for.
0 to 7 days from commencement of booking : No refund
8 to 14 days : 50% refund, excluding online transaction fee
15 days + : 100% refund excluding online transaction fee
All transaction fees for bookings are non refundable
Any changes to booking dates are subject to availability and will incur a 10% amendment fee.
